Our Team

Our Qualified Staff have qualifications recognized by Dept. Of Education Children’s Services Office. We look to employ Staff who have a strong commitment to caring for children and who have enthusiasm, energy and alertness to observe children in all situations. Our Staff, with qualifications recognized by ,D.E.T.E will implement ongoing Developmental Programmes for all children in our area.Staff are encouraged to attend In-Service Training during the year to achieve awareness regarding new or updated qualifications for the betterment of your child’s programmes and Safety. We also regulary host work experience and university students as part of our commitment to continue high standards within the industry.

DIRECTOR

Rhianna Hedley has worked in the child care industry for ten years and has a diploma in child care.Rhianna, a step mother to one child, has previously been a director for the last few years and has very high standards, her commitment to provide high quality care to children should be commended

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Sue Ferguson has been working in the child care industry for over twenty years and hold many inservice certificates and has a diploma in childcare. She is a mother of two teenage children.

Sue M has been in the child care industry for over ten years and holds her Diploma in children’s services. She is a mother to 4.

Alex has been in the industry for over five years. She holds a Diploma in Childcare.

Barb has been in the industry for over three years. She is a mother to 3 adult children and a grandmother to 3.

Bridgette has been in the childcare industry for over six years.

Gill holds a certificate three in food cooking and has been cooking up a storm at child care centres for the last ten years.

Helen has been in the child care industry for over five years and holds her Certificate 3 in children’s services.

Hester has been in the industry for over two years. She is currently studying at University.

Maureen has been in the industry for over three years. She is a mother to 3 children.

Megan has been in the industry for over five years and holds a certificate 3 in children’s services.

Rachele has been in the industry for over three years. She holds the Diploma in Childcare.

Sandy has operated another centre at Aberfoyle park for eight years prior to Unley early learning centre. Prior to that has been director for several child care centres over the last 30 years and holds an advanced certificate in child care. Sandy has two adult children (Rhianna being one of them)

Tricia has been in the industry for over ten years. She is a mother to 2 young adults.
